Founded in 2018, VITAL Ascenseurs is an independent Moroccan company. Our technicians are trained on the equipment we install, and our teams travel from Agadir to every city in the country, from Tangier to Laayoune.

Frequently asked questions
Do you work outside Agadir?
Yes. Our head office is in Agadir, but we install and maintain elevators all over Morocco: Casablanca, Rabat, Marrakech, Tangier, Fez, Laayoune and the cities in between.
When in a construction project should we bring in an elevator company?
As early as possible, ideally at the architect's drawing stage. Shaft dimensions, pit depth and headroom decide which elevator is possible; correcting them after the concrete is poured costs far more.
Do you offer maintenance contracts for other brands?
Yes. We service most brands installed in Morocco, after an initial audit of the installation.
How much does an elevator cost?
The price depends on the number of stops, load, speed, finishes and shaft configuration. We provide a detailed free quote after reviewing your drawings or visiting the site.
Should an old elevator be modernized or replaced?
In most cases a targeted modernization is enough: controller, machine, doors or car. Full replacement is only necessary when the shaft or guide rails are beyond use.
