An elevator suited to every building

Traffic, height, load, finishes: every building calls for different equipment. Here are the elevator families we install and maintain, and how we choose with you.

Ask for advice

All our solutions come in machine-room-less electric versions, the most common today, and in hydraulic versions when the configuration suits. Cars, doors and controls are available in several ranges of finishes.

Residential elevators

For apartment buildings, residences and villas. Priority on quiet operation, reliability and controlled running costs over time. Cars for 4 to 13 people.

Offices and commercial

Traffic concentrated at peak hours, frequent stops, group control of several units. High-capacity cars and destination control for tall buildings.

Hotels and tourist residences

Premium finishes, quiet ride, round-the-clock availability and discreet servicing. Separate service elevators for staff and logistics.

Freight elevators

For warehouses, factories, clinics, retail and restaurants: reinforced cars, wide doors, loads from 1,000 kg to several tonnes, dumbwaiters for catering.

Accessibility

Cars, buttons, audible and visual signals compliant with EN 81-70, so the building is accessible to everyone. Platform lifts for low rises.

Panoramic elevators

Glass cars for hotel lobbies, shopping centres and head offices. The elevator becomes part of the architecture.

How we choose the equipment

  1. Traffic: how many people, at what times, over how many stops. This sets load, speed and number of units.
  2. The shaft: dimensions available or to be planned, pit, headroom.
  3. Use: residential, public, logistics, with or without special requirements (hygiene in clinics, vandal resistance in car parks, humidity by the sea).
  4. Finishes: stainless steel, glass, wood, lighting, displays, to match the building's standing.
  5. Total budget: purchase, electricity and maintenance over twenty years, not just the installation price.

Components and manufacturers

We select components from recognised manufacturers, compliant with EN 81-20 and EN 81-50, with parts availability guaranteed over the life of the unit. [TO COMPLETE]: partner brands and manufacturers to list here.

And for existing buildings

All these families also exist as modernization packages: we replace the controller, machine, doors or car of an existing unit to bring it up to the level of a new elevator. See elevator modernization.

Questions about choosing an elevator

Electric or hydraulic?

Machine-room-less electric is the default choice: compact, efficient, quiet, suitable for any height. Hydraulic remains relevant for low rises and heavy loads, with a simple shaft and no rooftop machine room.

What capacity should a residential building plan for?

The most common is a 630 kg elevator, i.e. 8 people, accessible to people with reduced mobility. Larger buildings move to 1,000 kg (13 people) or several units, depending on the traffic study.

Can an elevator be added to a building that has none?

Often, yes: in the stairwell, in a shaft added to the facade or in a courtyard. We assess feasibility on site with an architect.
