Elevator maintenance: service contracts and repairs in Morocco
A well-maintained elevator rarely breaks down and lasts twice as long. Our contracts cover regular visits, adjustments, wear and repairs, for every brand.
Who it's for
- Property managers and co-owned buildings: one point of contact, an up-to-date logbook and documented interventions for the owners' meeting.
- Hotels and tourist residences: maximum availability and discreet servicing for guests.
- Businesses and public bodies: offices, clinics, retail, industrial buildings.
- Developers: the maintenance contract delivered with the building, ready to be taken over by the manager.
Our contract options
Basic maintenance. Periodic visits, adjustments, lubrication, replacement of small wear parts, repairs billed per call-out. Suited to recent, lightly used units.
Full maintenance. Everything above, plus parts and labour for repairs, including major components. A fixed annual budget with no surprises, recommended for busy buildings and units over ten years old.
In both cases, visit frequency, response times and the exact scope are written into the contract.
What we check at every visit
- Brakes, traction machine and ropes or belts
- Landing and car doors, contacts and safety curtain
- Safety devices: safety gear, overspeed governor, buffers
- Levelling accuracy and ride comfort
- Car lighting, ventilation, alarm and emergency telephone
- Cleanliness of the pit and machine area
- Logbook update with a visit report
Repairs
Report a breakdown by phone on +212 5 28 32 58 56. Passengers trapped in the car are the absolute priority. For other faults, the response time is the one set in your contract.
Our technicians work out of Agadir and the cities where we service installations; they carry a stock of common parts to fix most faults on the first visit.
Taking over an elevator of another brand
We service most brands installed in Morocco. Taking over starts with an audit of the installation: general condition, compliance, sensitive parts, breakdown history. You receive a report and a contract proposal; any upgrades needed are quoted separately.
Your responsibilities as owner or manager
The owner or building manager is responsible for the safety of the elevator. Two habits make for stress-free management: a maintenance contract with a professional, and an up-to-date logbook recording every visit, breakdown and repair. We provide it and complete it at each intervention.
Questions about maintenance
How often should the elevator be serviced?
It depends on traffic and the age of the unit. A visit every four to six weeks is the benchmark for a residential building; busy hotels and offices often need more. The frequency is set in the contract.
What should we do if someone is trapped in the car?
Call us immediately, stay in contact with the trapped person and do not try to open the doors yourself. Our technicians treat this type of call as a priority.
Do you use genuine parts?
Yes, or certified equivalents when the original is no longer manufactured. Every replaced part is recorded in the logbook.
Can we switch elevator companies mid-contract?
Yes, subject to the notice period in your current contract. We carry out the takeover audit during that notice period so servicing continues without a gap.
Your elevator deserves proper care
Describe your installation (brand, age, number of stops, traffic) and we'll propose the right contract.
